Barchart - Sugar prices settled mixed on Wednesday, with London sugar falling to a 1.5-week low.  NY sugar found support Wednesday on signs of lower sugar production in France, Europe’s largest producer, after the French association of sugar beet and sugar producers (AIBS) said French sugar output this year is seen slumping more than -20% below the five-year average because of prolonged drought and heat.
